Syksy on edennyt vauhdilla ja on tullut aika vuosittaisille KeparDIn suunnistusmestaruuskilpailuille. Mestikset toimivat samalla epävirallisina Tampereen yliopiston suunnistusmestaruuskilpailuina. Kilpailupäivä on keskiviikko 7.10.2020 ja kilpailumaastona toimii Tampereen Hepovuori Kaupin urheilupuiston vieressä.
Pyydämme kaikkia osallistujia noudattamaan tämänhetkisiä ohjeita liittyen koronaviruspandemiaan ja siihen varautumiseen. Tampereen yliopiston sivuille on kerätty kattavasti koronavirukseen liittyviä ohjeistuksia. Edellä mainitulle sivulle pääset tästä. Tärkeintä on, että kukaan ei saavu tapahtumapaikalle, jos tuntee olonsa kipeäksi tai ei terveeksi. Muistetaan myös pitää turvavälit seurueiden väleillä.

Missä: Suunnistusmestaruuskilpailut käydään tänä vuonna Tampereen Hepovuorella. Autojen parkkeeraus ja kokoontuminen tapahtuu osoitteessa: Luhtaankartanontie 9, 33560 Tampere. Kilpailukeskuskartta löytyy tapahtumainfon lopusta.
Milloin: Kokoontuminen edellä mainitussa osoitteessa keskiviikkona 7.10.2020 kello 16.30 ja ensimmäiset lähdöt kello 17. Lähtölistat julkaistaan tapahtumaa edeltävänä päivänä. Lähtöväli 2 min.
Ilmoittautumismaksu: Suunnistusmestaruuskilpailut ovat KeparDIn jäsenille ilmaiset. Kerhon ulkopuolisille kisaajille karttamaksu on 5 euroa. Kerhon jäseneksi voi liittyä täyttämällä tämän lomakkeen. Kerhon jäsenmaksu kaudelle 2020/2021 on 3 euroa.
Ilmoittautuminen: Ilmoittautuminen sähköpostitse (@tuni.fi) tai muulla haluamallasi tavalla Teemu Eerolalle viimeistään tiistaina 6.10.2020 kello 12.00. Jälki-ilmoittautuminen on myös mahdollista tapahtumapaikalla kello 16.30 asti. Pyydämme kuitenkin kaikkia tekemään ilmoittautumisen etukäteen, jotta osaamme varautua oikealla karttojen määrällä.
Kartta ja matkat: Kilpailukarttana toimii Anton Kuukan vuonna 2019 kartoittama Hepovuoren kartta, koko A4. Kartan mittakaava on 1:10000 ja käyräväli 5 metriä. Miesten radan pituus on 6,1 km ja naisten radan pituus on 4,5 km. Ottakaa omat karttamuovit mukaan. Ratapituudet voivat muuttua hieman ennen kilpailupäivää. Ratamestarina toimii Antti Saikko ja yhdessä Teemu Eerolan kanssa he myös järjestävät tapahtuman, kiitos.
Leimaus ja rastimääritteet: Leimaus tapahtuu rastilipulla käymällä. Koronaviruspandemian vuoksi älkää ottako fyysistä kontaktia rastilippuun. Pyydämme jokaista osallistujaa käyttämään tapahtumassa omaa GPS-kelloaan, jotta saadaan ”leimaukset” todennettua. GPS-seurannasta lisää alla. Rastimääritteet löytyvät kartasta.
GPS: Tapahtumassa on käytössä Heikki Virekunnaksen GPS-seuranta livenä. Seurantaa varten tarvitset puhelimen, joka on yhteensopiva seurantasovelluksen kanssa. Lisätietoja ja sovelluksen lataaminen osoitteesta https://gps.virekunnas.fi/. Seurantaan osallistuminen livenä on vapaaehtoista. Oman kellonsa GPS-jäljen pystyy myös lataamaan seurantaan jälkikäteen edellä mainitulta sivulta. Jälkikäteen lataaminen on lähes pakollista leimausten tarkistamiseksi.

Autumn has progressed at a rapid pace and the time has come for the annual KeparDI Orienteering Championships. At the same time, the race acts as unofficial orienteering championships of the University of Tampere. The competition day is Wednesday 7.10.2020 and the competition terrain is at Tampere’s Hepovuori next to Kauppi sports park.
We ask all participants to follow the current guidelines regarding the coronavirus pandemic. The University of Tampere’s website has comprehensively collected instructions related to the coronavirus. You can access the website here. The most important thing is that no one arrives at the scene if they feel sore or not healthy. Also remember to keep safety distances between different parties.
Event info:
Where: The Orienteering Championships will be held this year in Tampere’s Hepovuori. Car parking and assembly take place at: Luhtaankartanontie 9, 33560 Tampere. The competition center map can be found atop.
When: Meeting at the above address on Wednesday 7 October 2020 at 4.30 pm and first departures at 5 pm Starting lists will be published the day before the event. Starting interval is 2 minutes.
Registration fee: The Orienteering Championships are free for KeparDI members. For competitors outside the club, the map fee is 5 euros. You can become a member of the club by filling out this form. The club’s membership fee for the period 2020/2021 is 3 euros.
Registration: Registration by e-mail (@ tuni.fi) or in any other way you want to Teemu Eerola no later than Tuesday 6 October 2020 at 12.00. Post-registration is also possible at the venue until 16.30. However, we ask everyone to register in advance so that we can prepare with the right number of maps.
Map and courses: The competition map is the map of Hepovuori, mapped by Anton Kuukka in 2019, size A4. The scale of the map is 1: 10000 and the contour interval is 5 meters. The length of the men’s course is 6.1 km and the women’s course is 4.5 km. Course lengths may change slightly before race day. Take your own map plastic. The course setter is Antti Saikko and together with Teemu Eerola they also organize the event, thank you.
Control punching and control descriptions: Punching is done by visiting the control flag. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, do not make physical contact with the control flag. We ask each participant to use their own GPS clock at the event to verify the punching. More about GPS tracking below. Control descriptions can be found on the map.
GPS: Heikki Virekunnas’ live GPS tracking is used at the event. If you want to be part of tracking, you need a phone that is compatible with the tracking application. More information and downloading of the application from https://gps.virekunnas.fi/. The GPS track of your own watch can also be downloaded for tracking afterwards from the above page.
