Ylva Sundvik is a researcher in the GameHeArtS project at the Gamification Group. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on bridging gamification and management, and she is currently investigating the potential of gamification and playfulness in fostering inclusion and wellbeing in organizational settings. Ylva holds a Master’s degree in Management and Organization from Hanken School of Economics, and has extensive work experience within the HR field. She’s interested in organizational behaviour and believes in the power of games to create better places for people to work and thrive.
