Shivang Gupta is a doctoral candidate in Gamification Group at Tampere University. His research is centered around the Metaverse and Marketing, where he explores how virtual environments can enhance user engagement and brand interaction. With a strong foundation in software development and a passion for integrating emerging technologies, Shivang aims to push the boundaries of immersive experiences and their applications in both academic and commercial settings.
Shivang holds a Master of Technology degree in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Prior to his current role, Shivang worked at SAP Labs India, contributing to projects in Information Security, Artificial Intelligence and Metaverse.
