Juan Chen was a doctoral researcher at the Gamification Group at Tampere University. She holds an MSc in management science and engineering at Beihang University, China, and was a Ph.D. candidate majoring in marketing management at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL), China. Having experience in mathematical economics and game theory, she aimed at exploring the influences of emerging new information techniques on marketing. Her research focused on virtual reality in business and sharing economy.
