Faith Opeyemi Ilesanmi is a researcher at the Gamification Group. She has an academic background in Philosophy from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and completed her master’s degrees in International Education at Birmingham City University, United Kingdom, and in Learning, Education, and Technology (LET) from the University of Oulu, Finland. Her interest in multidisciplinary research inspires her doctoral work, which focuses on using games as debiasing tools. As part of the GameHeArtS project, her research investigates using games to raise awareness about bias and discrimination and examines the long-term effects on attitudes and behaviours.
