Ana Cláudia G. Santos is a doctoral researcher at the Gamification Group. Her research focuses on user modeling, user experience, and personalization of gamification.
She holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) with an internship as Visiting Researcher at the University of Saskatchewan (Canada), a specialist certificate in Applied Computing to Education, and an MBA in Software Engineering.
She also worked for more than 13 years in the educational field, with 8 years as a Brazilian government employee. During her work in the Brazilian government, she was responsible for creating and coordinating lectures, training, and courses for teachers from public schools on how to use technology in class.
Her main research interests are Gamification, Educational Policy, and Educational Technologies.
