Max Sjöblom (M.Sc.) was a project manager and researcher (PhD candidate) at the Gamification Group, working with the Immersive and Esports projects. His research focused on motivations for media usage, specifically within the realm of game related media such as eSports and internet streaming, as well as the field of VR & AR media.
Sjöblom has published pioneering empirical studies in the field of esports & game streaming in peer-reviewed journals such as Computers in Human Behavior and Internet Research.
