Who is the registrar?

The registrar is JURRI's board. Email: jurri@lists.tuni.fi

From whom, from where and what information is collected?

JURRI will collect name, personal identification number, physical address and email address from all members. JURRI might also collect a phone number from its members, but that is voluntary. Information is collected verbally or in written form from the person in question. JURRI will not collect personal information from other sources.

How long is the information stored?

Board members' personal information will be stored as long as said person is a member of the board and has not been released from liability. Other members' personal information is stored for as long as the person is a part of the club. Exceptions can be made, but any exceptions will be agreed personally.

Will my information be given to third parties?

Personal information is not given to anyone. TUrVoKe ry, Hervannan Hebereke ry, and The Finnish Judo Association will collect all necessary information by themselves. Exceptions can be made as stated by Henkilötietolaki 18§ 1st 2nd and 3rd subsection. The Data protection authority has a right to view the register as stated by Henkilötietolaki 32§.

Where is the register stored and who can access it?

JURRI's board keeps the register stored in Google Drive. The Coaches and members of the board can access the data. All members of JURRI may ask to see what data is collected from them, and JURRI must respond in one month.

How is handling of the data justified?

JURRI has the right to handle the personal data of its members as stated by Yhdistyslaki 11§, and by personal agreement.

What rights does a registered person have?

The registered persons have a right to see their stored information. This means that the registered person may ask to see their personal information collected by JURRI. JURRI must deliver the information in one month from receiving the request. JURRI will not charge for this.
