HOW TO REGISTER?

Registration is open now.

Registrations are carried out online through the registration system.

Only one option available in the online registration system is payment by a debit/credit card.

If you could not pay via a credit card please contact to virve.larmila@tut.fi.

Researchers, staff and students from Tampere University of Technology please contact organizers for an internal billing .

Conference registration includes:

Admission to all conference technical events: oral/poster sessions, plenaries, and workshop panels
Welcome Reception and other social/networking events
Daily lunches and coffee breaks/snacks
An electronic copy of the conference Proceedings

Important notes:

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by a regular non-student registration received before October, 10.
A regular non-student registration can cover only up to two papers. Additional papers will require a separate full registration.
Early and normal registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and payment are received by the Conference Secretariat before the dates indicated above. Payments received on or after the published dates will be charged at the next higher rate.
In order to receive the member rate, a registrant must be an IEEE/EURASIP Member at the time of registration. For more information on membership visit ieee.org or eurasip.org.
A student registration must be accompanied by evidence of current student status. A valid proof of student status, which may include a current student identification, a record of enrolment, or a letter from the Department, should be sent to the workshop secretariat at the time of registration.
