NOTE that the city will be very booked during the conference, as there are many big events at the same time! Thus, make your hotel booking as early as possible! Conference hotels are listed in the Travel page.
Registration and payment is handled by the SuviSoft online registration service.

The conference attendance fees include:
- entry to all conference sessions, demos and exhibitions
- lunches and coffee
- digital copy of the proceedings (USB stick)
- social events and conference dinner (details will be provided later)
- transport to social events by bus or boat
Workshops are not included in the fee. A half-day workshop costs 50 EUR (found under "Other services" in the online registration system).
If your companion wishes to join us in the conference dinner and social events, extra tickets are available via the registration system and on site.
Cancellation Policy:
- Until May 15, 2012: 100 % will be refunded.
- From May 16th to June 3, 2012: Organizers will charge 50 euros.
- After June 3, 2012: no refund shall be given.
