Conference participants are asked to make their own hotel reservations and pay for their own accommodation. Pre-reservations have been made to the nearby hotels listed below. Please note that there are a limited number of rooms available for a limited period of time.

Travel info

Tampere is easily accessible. It is located in Southern Finland, 175 km north of Helsinki.

There are excellent flight connections to Finland from all parts of the world. Several international airlines offer regular flights to Helsinki. There are very good long-distance bus connections from Helsinki Airport to Tampere. There are also several daily connecting flights on week-days to Tampere and vice versa (see Finnair and Tampere-Pirkkala airport). From Tampere-Pirkkala airport there are very good connections to Tampere city as well. Finland is also easily reached by sea from Sweden, Germany, Poland and Russia.
