City Escape

"City Escape" is a platformer game where you have to guide the main character, Jani-Petteri (JP), from a chaotic and depressing city to a peaceful cottage in the forest. Each level features different enemies such as cars, birds, bees, and other wildlife. You must use your dodging and jumping skills to progress through the game. Designed to challenge you and find joy in the tranquility of nature, the game is developed as part of the first-year game project in the studies of information technology at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. The client for this game is the Metsäresepti project.

Our development team consists of a scrum master (Leevi Kirjavainen), two programmers (Veikka Kairala) (Otto Kytömäki), and a graphic designer (Jaakko Jauhiainen).
