200g berries
2tbsp honey
1dl water
1l milk or oat milk
1,5dl semolina

1. Boil the berries, honey and water in a pot until the berries turn into a jam-like consistency.
2. Pour the milk into the berry mixture and bring it to a boil. Slowly add the semolina while stirring constantly.
3. Let the pudding simmer for 10-15 minutes, letting it thicken.
4. Pour the pudding into serving bowls and allow to cool. Garnish the puddings with fresh berries and whipped cream.
