500g filleted or ground pike
1-1,2kg new potatoes
120g sour cream
1dl breadcrumbs
1 egg
1tsp white pepper
Oil
Two branches of dill
Salt

1. Wash the new potatoes. You don't have to peel them, thorough cleaning is enough. 2. Put the potatoes into a pot filled with cold water and add salt. Boil the potatoes until cooked through, this usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.
3. If you have pike fillets instead of ground pike, you can grind the pike up with a blender yourself.
4. Prepare the patty mixture by mixing together the ground pike, sour cream, breadcrumbs, egg and spices.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal amounts (or more if you want smaller steaks) and form them into patties. If the mixture feels too soft, add more breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the patties in oil until they are cooked through.
6. Serve the patties and potatoes with butter and fresh dill!
