300 cabbage
300g beetroot
100g carrot
400g pork strips
1l meat stock
3tbsp white vinegar
2tsp black pepper
Salt
1. Wash, peel and grate the vegetables.
2. Fry the pork strips in a pot with oil until the pork is cooked through.
3. Once the pork strips are cooked, add the meat stock, grated vegetables, vinegar, pepper and salt into the pot.
4. Let the borscht simmer in the pot without the lid for 50-60 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
5. Serve with sour cream.
