Kun harrastat sopivasti liikuntaa,<br \/>siemennesteess\u00e4si on enemm\u00e4n reippaita siitti\u00f6it\u00e4. My\u00f6s naisilla sopiva liikunta on hyv\u00e4ksi hedelm\u00e4llisyydelle, mutta liika tai liian raskas liikunta voi olla huono juttu. Liian rankasta liikunnasta tai toisaalta pelk\u00e4st\u00e4 laiskottelusta voi mieliala laskea ja hormonit menee sekaisin.<\/p><p><strong>K\u00e4vely, py\u00f6r\u00e4ily, lenkkeily, jumpat ja voimaharjoittelu muokkaavat hyv\u00e4n pohjan terveydellesi! Koita saada riitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti unta ja v\u00e4lill\u00e4 kokeile pelkk\u00e4\u00e4 oleilua, niin terveys pysyy tasapainossa ja hyv\u00e4n\u00e4!<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Sopiva aktiivisuus suojelee hedelm\u00e4llisyytt\u00e4<\/strong><\/p><p>Miehet hy\u00f6tyv\u00e4t sopivasta aktiivisuudesta, ei liian kevyest\u00e4 tai liian rasittavasta. Liikunnalla n\u00e4ytt\u00e4isi olevan vaikutuksia siemennesteen laatuun. Vapaa-ajan aktiivisuus vaikuttaa positiivisesti siitti\u00f6pitoisuuteen. My\u00f6s naisilla sopiva liikunta on hyv\u00e4ksi hedelm\u00e4llisyydelle, mutta liika liikunta haitaksi.
