Tutkimusten mukaan useat eri rentoutumismenetelm\u00e4t ovat osoittaneet lupaavia etuja mm. kivun, korkean verenpaineen, stressin, ahdistuksen, masennusoireiden, alaselk\u00e4kipujen, synnytyskivun sek\u00e4 raskauden aikaisen pahoinvoinnin v\u00e4hent\u00e4misess\u00e4.<\/p><p>T\u00e4ss\u00e4 on k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6si opinn\u00e4ytety\u00f6ss\u00e4 (Ollikainen, 2022) tuotetut <strong>posterit<\/strong>. Ensimm\u00e4isen\u00e4 materiaalina on <strong>infoposteri<\/strong> raskaudenaikaisen rentoutumisen vaikutuksista, ja toisena materiaalina on <strong>rentoutusharjoitusposteri<\/strong>, jossa on odottajille yksi rentouttava hengitysharjoitus.
