El\u00e4m\u00e4ntavat kannattaa tasapainottaa ennen raskautta, jolloin raskausaika sujuu terveen\u00e4.<br \/>Harjoittele s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6llist\u00e4 sy\u00f6mist\u00e4, varmista ett\u00e4 saat v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n 8 tuntia y\u00f6ss\u00e4 nukuttua ja mieti kuinka saat arjestasi aktiivisemman pienill\u00e4 teoilla. Kaikki t\u00e4m\u00e4 valmistaa kehoasi tulevaan raskauteen.<\/p><p>On t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 ennaltaehk\u00e4ist\u00e4 raskausdiabetes. Se on raskauden aikana todettu diabetes. Riski sairastua raskausdiabetekseen on kohonnut, jos olet sairastanut sen aiemmin, jos suvussasi on diabetesta, sinulla on ylipainoa, olet yli 40-vuotias, sinulla on ollut aiemmassa synnytyksess\u00e4 yli 4,5kg painanut lapsi, sinulla on todettu sokeria aamuvirtsassa tai sinulla on munasarjojen monirakkulaoireyhtym\u00e4 (PCOS).\u00a0<\/p><p>Raskausdiabetes on yleinen, sill\u00e4 Suomessa noin puolella raskaana olevista naisista on raskausdiabeteksen riskitekij\u00f6it\u00e4.
