Lis\u00e4ksi runsaasti folaattia sis\u00e4lt\u00e4v\u00e4 ruoka on t\u00e4rke\u00e4 jo raskautta suunniteltaessa ja koko raskauden ajan.<\/p><p>Terveyden- ja hyvinvoinnin laitoksen (THL) yll\u00e4pit\u00e4m\u00e4st\u00e4 kansallisesta elintarvikkeiden koostumustietopankista voit tarkistaa mist\u00e4 folaattia saa:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fineli.fi\/fineli\/fi\/index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FINELI<\/a><\/p><p>Lis\u00e4ksi s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6llisen D3-vitamiinilis\u00e4n k\u00e4ytt\u00e4minen on raskautta yritt\u00e4ville hy\u00f6dyllist\u00e4. D-vitamiinilis\u00e4\u00e4 suositellaan kaikille raskaana oleville ymp\u00e4ri vuoden 10 mikrogrammaa vuorokaudessa. D-vitamiinia tarvitaan mm. kalsiumin imeytymiseen ja siki\u00f6n luuston kehittymiseen. D-vitamiinin kokonaissaannin turvallinen yl\u00e4raja on 50 mikrogrammaa\/vrk.
