(top secret!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A bit about me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where this journey began<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who I&#8217;ll be working with<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s start with myself. I graduated as a product designer from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JNsUDPkvIpo&amp;ab_channel=UniversityofBrighton\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JNsUDPkvIpo&amp;ab_channel=UniversityofBrighton\" target=\"_blank\">Brighton University<\/a> while also working for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/brandwatch.com\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"brandwatch.com\" target=\"_blank\">Brandwatch&#8217;s<\/a> product team, which I called my home for the last 5 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, I would describe myself as a creative researcher in the digital world, as my interests range from art to design to anthropology. This has been a focus in my more recent work, where I&#8217;ve been able to mix passion and skill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was no easy task, and if anything, it made me understand just how thorough the design process should be. Luckily, I found myself wanting to learn more about the subject. One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I had dedicated a large portion of my final year projects to understanding what makes digital communities tick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fast forward a year after I graduated, and I&#8217;ve enrolled in this program to further develop my expertise and hone my craft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originally, I actually wasn&#8217;t going to continue my endeavours in digital communities as I was supposed to work with a different client for my Wicked Problem. It was through participating in the Tampere Hackathon that I met Niklas Nylund and the team over at<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapriikki.fi\/en\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.vapriikki.fi\/en\/\"> Vapriiki Museum<\/a>. Niklas also happens to be interested in preserving internet community history. Upon hearing their presentation I knew I had to introduce myself as it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll be introducing Niklas and Vapriiki in my next blog!
