She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Oulu, Finland. Previously, her research focused on chatbots and consumer experiences. Currently, Yang’s research interests span gamification, marketing, sustainable consumption, multisensory experiences, the metaverse, and extended reality (XR).
