Jeanine Krath

Jeanine Krath is a doctoral researcher at the Institute of Management and ZIFET of the University of Koblenz-Landau. In addition, she works as academic director of the GAMOS competence center for Gamification in Organizations and for Sustainability and organized the 1st Interdisciplinary Conference on Gamification & Entrepreneurship (StartPlay) in August 2022. Her dissertation research deals with gamification for sustainable employee behavior and personalized gamification design.
