A traffic simulation game, where by controlling traffic light you escort pedestrian groups safely through levels and prevent accidents by halting vehicular movement. Both humans and vehicles are impatient, so fluent use of the lights ensures maximum points. Reach a set clearance percentage to unlock upcoming levels and aim for maximum points to achieve the final reward.

One goal of the YHTÄ project is to create a YHTÄ Playbook, which allows any software developer to build
their own services that utilize data produced by the City of Tampere's ecosystem. The Playbook provides
practical documentation that enables access to the ecosystem data of the city of Tampere. It also
includes examples of how the data has been utilized.
The Jussi&Teuvo team has participated in the project's case study: Safe School Route, by producing a
game. This game is called Light Duty. It was developed using the YHTÄ Playbook and the listed data
sources from Tampere. By using various traffic and traffic light interfaces, data has been used to
design the game’s levels, their activity, and traffic volume at different hours. The game simulates
traffic situations, enabling safe traffic practice in a gamified format.
